Project Manager $300.00wk plus 30%-40%Commission.... Insurance after 90days!
A major storm swept through the DFW area. Shingled and other types of roofs are damaged, trees are down and much of the area was without power for quite some time. WGC Construction and Restoration is looking to add seasoned or ‘willing to learn’ Door-to-Door sales/project management to our restoration teams. If traveling, housing may be available, (based on availably). Competitive wages and bonus incentives available!
About the position – This is a sales position in which you will work outside inspecting and documenting damage to homes and businesses, most often hail and/or wind damaged. Once approved by the insurance company or sold by retail price, you will manage the project through final payment. You will not be responsible for production scheduling but will maintain homeowner contact throughout project.
About the pay – 300.00 Week salary (NOT A DRAW or DVANCE) and 30%-40% commission of net profits with percentage increases at each $250,000.00 sold + Benefits +Bonuses after 90-days. Ability to earn significant six-figure income is available. There is no cap on your earning potential on commissions!
If you have experience in sales, like to be outside talking with people and making money, a career in storm restoration or roofing sales could be for you.
Ability to self-generate and gain referrals through company proven systems required. This is a results business with great opportunity.
First year expected earnings = $70-120,000
Second year expected earnings = $90-150,000+
Third year expected earnings = $150,000+

Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
Inspect properties for hail or wind damage.
Document and capture images of damage.
Explain insurance process to homeowner.
Collect on future collection of insurance proceeds.
Qualifications:
Must be able to climb a ladder (Some 2-Story)
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
Properly and respectfully represent the company.
