Want to sit under your deck and not get wet? Look no further, this deck drain system catches all the water and keeps underneath your deck dry! Once drain system is installed you can finish the ceiling with anything you would like. We used white soffit in this case with brown gutters to match the post.

Main sewer stack burst and flooded everything. Had to rip up all the flooring in the living room and cut some of the wall out. Then we had to relay the flooring, hang and finish the drywall and paint. The flooring was a little trick at the end since the 100 year old building was a little out of square. Then installed new baseboard and shoe molding.

Another water damage situation in 2 different spots. Had to remove all the old plaster and wood lathe. Shim down the floor joist to make sure the drywall matched the old plaster. Then tapped and bedded everything and matched the existing smooth finish. Primed and painted everything to match existing. Scrapped and painted the window frames and trim also.

This shower was in desperate need of some love. The old tiles were falling off the plaster. Ripped everything out down to the studs, made sure everything was square. Installed go board and waterproofed with kerdi band. They went with a 12x24 and a light brown grout.

Toilet supply blew apart in the upstairs bathroom and water destroyed alot of the ceiling underneath. So we had to remove the old plaster and lathe, let the floor joist dry out and shim the joist down to accept the drywall. Then hang new drywall and finish it( which I forgot to take pic's of. 🙄) prime and paint the ceiling and walls.

Little kitchen floor upgrade. Whoever did the previous floor had absolutely no idea what they were doing, they laid 1/8in lauan over top of the existing tile floor (that was already comming up 🙄). Then they used peel and stick hexagons, and never rolled them in order to get proper adhesion. So, we went in and ripped everything out down to the 3/4in tongue and groove, and installed LVT finished with quarter round.

Just added a shower door!.nothing to crazy.
