AJT Lawn Care & Landscape is hiring!! Do you or someone you know looking for Summer Fall work? Do you have a license and a truck or relible transportation to Isanti? Are you mechanically inclined? Do you like to be outside? Work closely with a second person or even by yourself based on work load needs? We try to work Monday-Thursday to get 40 hrs. Bad weather or sick day? No problem can mostly be made up Friday or Saturday.
I am looking for candidates that Care about the job they do and the customers they service for AJT Lawn Care & Landscape.
We are hiring for the following:
1.) Mowing Crew: $18-25/hr D.O.Q.- Need to be detail oriented, need to be able to see and know what to do on each site. Job includes but is not limited too - Mowing, w**d whipping, blowing hard surfaces off after job is completed, pruning, picking up garbage, identifying if other services need to be reported to Sales person to the account. (Ie broken branches to high to reach from ground)
2.) Lawn Care Lead/Foreman:
$20-$25/hr D.O.Q -
This position is great for someone that is a team leader, have great customer support skills, detailed oriented person to details, must have a legal drivers license, 1 year experience but not required, willing to train, run your own crew/route, Having a Truck is a plus.
Benefits, Weekly pay(Friday), after 90 days will be eligible for a pay increase.
D.O.Q. =Depending On Qualifications
Do not apply if you cannot be dependable. 1 or 2 day missed a month is understandable. 1 day a week or every 2 weeks is not acceptable. Our customers are depending on us to be there.
