MT Carpenter Landscape, a family owned professional landscape company, is seeking a hardworking and detail orientated Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing 1-5 employees and overseeing landscape jobs from start to finish. A valid CDL license as well as a background of running heavy equipment is required for this position.

Job Duties:

-Oversee landscaping projects
-Manage a crew of 1-5 employees daily
-Operate various landscape tools and equipment, including: chainsaws, jackhammers, lases levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
-Lead in the construction and installation of walkways, fences, paver patios, concrete curbing, water features, irrigation systems, etc.
-Load and unload material, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape projects
-Ability to lift, carry, and/or move a minimum of 50 lbs. throughout an entire work shift
-Read and interpret landscape plans and structural drawings to complete work
-Operate heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
-Install planting beds and lawns
-Comply with MNDOT guidelines and maintain a valid CDL license and health card
-Work in accordance with all local health/safety laws and regulations

Requirements:

-Minimum three years of experience in the landscape/construction industry preferred
-Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
-Must be able to work 40-55 hours per week (overtime eligible after 40 hours)
