Another company wanted $3k just to add dye to find the leak. Fine Line was called for a second opinion. We went out, found the leak within 15mins, found that the builder never registered the newer equipment for the home owners, so we added some Freon to get by till we got back for the install. This was done on a Saturday, and we didn’t charge them. New install was completed yesterday! Leak was found in the evap coil capillary tubes.

Last week we had multiple furnace/AC jobs. One in particular, was another crack carrier! I can’t stress this enough people, if you have a carrier,Bryant, any ICP furnaces about 12yrs old, please call us to check them. Sunday service call to Blainbrook Bowling due to the AC units not cooling properly. What can cause this to happen? Well, many reasons, but one reason is cotton. When cotton and other small particles are blowing around they get stuck in the coils causing the unit to not cool like it should. Make sure to clean your AC units periodically or give us a call and we would be happy to help!
