Feature Project : 66 Hudson Yards
66 Hudson is another Supertall structure in the process
of being built in the Hudson Yards redevelopment.
Also known as The Spiral, which is being developed by
Tishman Speyer and designed by the architectural firm
Bjarke Ingels Group, will instantly become one of the
largest and most recognizable buildings on the New
York City skyline. Located at the northern tip of the High
Line Park, the Spiral will top out at 66 floors and will
offer over 2.85 million square feet of office space. Top
Shelf will be designing custom fit-outs at 66 Hudson
including 18 floors (800,000) square feet for Pfizer as
well as the new headquarters for the global law firm
Debevoise and Plimpton LLP taking up over 530,00
square feet of office space.
