Three things worth checking on your AC this month, none of which take more than five minutes.
1️⃣: is the filter dark? Change it.
2️⃣: is the outdoor unit clear of leaves and debris? Clear it.
3️⃣: is there standing water near the indoor unit? That's a clogged drain line — call us.

Small things now beat a breakdown in September.
