Flat roofs collect more debris than most people realize. On this job in Lynbrook, we started with a careful inspection and found a mix of leaves and buildup in the gutters, which could have blocked drainage during heavy rain.

We cleared out the gutters by hand, bagged up all the waste, and made sure downspouts were open. Every visit includes a roof check and photos, so nothing gets missed.
