A great day on Lake Sammamish repairing a damaged boat lift. All Covered and included under our maintenance membership with your “one call” guys. Boat slipped off lift taking off rails and bending support bracket hardware. It took 3 hours to vmaking new rails and attachment hardware, 3 hours to remove and straighten steel members, and 2 hours to bolt it all back together.

Our annual service agreements are based on a bank of hours to be allocated to property maintenance throughout the year. A typical 2700 SF home or business agreement is $1,500 per year. Includes 2 days (16) hours of maintenance repairs and $380 in typical maintenance materials. Larger home improvements and/or excessive damage repairs are delivered by quote and "one call" supervision and coordination with our alliance of professional trade subcontractors including electrical, plumbing, painting, hardwoods, tile, window covings, fencing, etc...
