Lakeside Industries, Inc.

We are a family-owned asphalt paving company with locally-managed regional divisions spanning from Western Washington to Northwest Oregon.

Our company’s history dates back to 1952, when Rhoady Lee, Sr., and his son Rhoady Lee, Jr., purchased a sand, gravel, and ready-mix concrete company on the east side of Lake Washington. Today, we are a family-owned company of locally-managed regional divisions spanning Western Washington and Northwest Oregon. Within each division, our team brings local knowledge and focus to our customers while utilizing the expertise and resources of the larger company. Our mission is to provide quality asphalt products, serving the community as industry leaders. Over time we have grown and expanded, but our vision has always stayed the same. We’re here to provide our customers and our communities with exceptional experiences—getting the job done the right way, the first time.

Caution: Scary Smooth Pavement Ahead! 🚧🦴🎃

Santa Claus is coming to town… and this year, forget the coal. He’s bringing EZ Street® Ambient® Asphalt.

This holiday season, Lakeside Industries and EZ Street® are teaming up to give the gift of a smoother ride to 12 organizations that help keep our communities strong.

We’re looking for deserving local nonprofits, family-owned small businesses and community organizations with a pothole or two that could use a little holiday attention. At each stop, our team will repair one or two potholes with performance-proven EZ Street® Ambient® Asphalt, helping make the entrance into the New Year a little smoother.

Know a neighborhood organization that deserves a visit from our pothole crew?

Nominate them in the comments, send us a DM, or email [email protected].

12 stops. A few potholes. One smoother holiday season.
