Simma Restoration Group LLC was started by Jason Swim, a Seattle native. Jason began his career in Dallas, TX working for Centennial Moisture Control Inc. He began in the field, working beside some of the best in the industry and was quickly promoted to the office to work hand-in-hand with the owner. Simma is busy! Our projects are fast and exciting all around the Puget Sound region. We are actively hiring both experienced and entry level individuals for new and restoration caulking projects. Duties regularly include; work site prep, cutting out of existing building envelope and window sealant joints, installation of new caulking, cleanup of work area, and installation of new caulkings and waterproofing on new-build-construction.

Simma offers health benefits, 401K and 401K match, flexible scheduling, paid on the job training, competitive wages and performance based raises.

$20+ hourly wage based on experience.
