A Splash of Something New at Glenview Park District’s Splash Landings! 🌊
After 26 years, Splash Landings has been reimagined with new features and improvements for swimmers and families.
Over 1,640 visitors came out to celebrate the Grand Opening of the completely remodeled Splash Landings Pools.
What began as a comprehensive evaluation of the existing building evolved into a larger renovation project supported by a PARC Grant, bringing new life to the natatorium.
The improvements include a reimagined zero-depth activity pool with new interactive features, a taller and faster water slide, a fully refurbished therapy pool, updated pool finishes throughout, improved family changing areas and waiting spaces, and upgraded building systems.
From improved lighting, filtration and air quality to separate temperature controls for the activity and lap pools, each update was designed to create a more comfortable, accessible and enjoyable environment for the community.
We’re proud to have helped bring new life to Splash Landings while preserving the strengths and character of the existing natatorium.
