Here is a bathroom Reno I did a little while ago that I forgot to share. This was a lot more involved than it would look from the pictures. The previous tiles were plastic with adhesive so I essentially had to remove the walls. The mini closet also had to be removed and reframed for new walls as well. The reason I share this is to show how it’s possible to keep the tub and toilet and still come away with a beautiful and functional bathroom. Kudos to my client for the tasteful choices for colors and fixtures. Cheers!

Here is a job I'm wrapping up. Client had a big water issue in their finished basement. Suffice to say much of the wall and floor tile had to be removed to mitigate mold and install a new sump pump. After Midstate Basement installed the sump pump the rest was left to me.
I had to add new wall studs, strapping for drywall, insulation, patching around outlets, work with existing corners, finish seams and sand/paint.
I get involved in so many different projects but the goal is always to get my clients homes back to that "like new" feeling.

Here is a bathroom remodel I just finished! New toilet and vanity. Refinished the tub. Lots of wall, ceiling, and floor repair. New tile behind the tub. All new plumbing and custom fit for the vanity. Now this happy home of FIVE ladies has a nice looking second floor bathroom. Just a fun before and after to share. 😁

Before and after shots of a recent project. Helped a client finish their bathroom for their daughter. Tiled the shower and ceiling. Leveled the floor and installed laminate. With paint and some new fixtures they have their bathroom back. Comments welcome 😁
