I just signed a petition to The New York State House, The New York State Senate, and Governor Andrew Cuomo: Dear NYSERDA, please bring back the Solar Thermal Rebate Program. It is not possible to meet the NY 2030 Renewable Energy Goals unless all technologies are supported, including Solar Thermal.
