Here we have another system installed by myself. This system is replacing an older system that was on the ground just like the other two that you see here. And that is incredibly wrong. In the winter time, your heat pump as it makes heat builds up ice outside on the condenser regularly, so it also goes through a defrost cycle. When it goes through that defrost cycle, it can shed up to and including a gallon of water. If the unit is on the ground, where does the water go? Nowhere. It just builds up inside of the unit, repeatedly over and over, until it eventually ruptures the coils. And that's why you see the system I installed is on a bracket. As is every condenser I install. Always on a concrete slab, and I always include the first years annual maintenance.

I do it right the first time, so you don't have to call me in 6 months, or 10 months or a year down the road, asking me why your heat pump is no longer producing. So if you're thinking about a heat pump, I'm the one you want to think about to have install it.

New series of Fujitsu heat pumps are here! They utilize R-32 refrigeration, which is much better for the environment, and they didn't lose any of their efficiency.

I'm looking for a part-time employee that has a valid license and a car. Compensation depends on how well the person performs. I will pay $25 an hour to somebody who shows up, takes direction as told, produces, has their own tools, isn't always on their phone. This person will also be sober (IDC about re**er, just not on my time). This position could grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. I am looking for my right hand guy, somebody that wants to grow with my business. This is an opportunity to make a lot of money with me, as I pay fairly. I just don't want to deal with any 🐂 💩.

Compensation will be based on your ability, meaning if you're not worth $25 an hour you're not going to get $25 an hour. You'll get $20 an hour, that doesn't mean you can't work your way up. I'm one of the best at what I do, and I expect nothing less from the person I work with

Senville strikes again!

This customer went with Senville, as it offers the most bang for the buck. 60% cheaper than a Mitsubishi, BUT! Still comes with a 10 year warranty on the compressor, and 5 year warranty on all other parts, so it comes with peace of mind. Not to mention that it pulls heat out of the atmosphere down to a staggering -22° f!! That's right, 9° lower than Mitsubishi HyperHeat.
Heat pumps go anywhere, they heat anything, as well as cool. If you're thinking about a heat pump, I'm the guy you want to talk to.
I install every heat pump like I'm installing it at my place. And this January for the whole month I'm taking 10% off the entire cost of a new home installation. Not valid for supplemental heat pump situations.

Here we have a dual zone Fujitsu xlth. Working with one of the only contractors I've networked myself with, precise builders LLC. They're adding an addition to this cozy little home, and asked me if I would install a new heating system for the whole place. So I have started that. The system you see here is for the old part of the home, on the new part of the home, I will be putting in another heat pump here next week. More pictures to follow. Ahem.. you folks must know the deal by now. Another fujitsu, another happy customer. It's what I do. And I do it well. So I'll just cut to the chase, please share this post, so your friends and relatives are given the opportunity to connect with one of the best at what he does. And even though my installs are second to none, my prices don't reflect that. I keep the prices low, because I know how expensive these things are, and everybody should be able to replace they're disgusting fossil fuel burning equipment.

You know I put an awful lot of these in. And people just love them. And I can't say that I don't know why. They are 15% cheaper than Mitsubishi. And because I'm a Fujitsu elite dealer, I can offer a 12-year warranty with every system I install. Did I mention these pool heat out of the atmosphere down to negative 15 degrees? That's 2° better than Mitsubishi. For less money. With a warranty to match.

Another fabulous Fujitsu, this one I installed quite the distance away. The reason for all of the line wrapped in a coil behind the unit, is because there is a 16-ft minimum when it comes to refrigeration lines. If that minimum is not met, the indoor head will gurgle, causing conflict amongst the homeowners, and therefore me.

Another job done right the first time.
