Today - on this lovely blue sky day - found us in Ulysses, outside Trumansburg, doing a septic test for a client.

✅ Excavator hired
✅ County Health Dept staff on site
✅ Client on hand to review the results

Best of all, our mascot Livy, supervised the entire job, making sure everyone stayed safe and the work got completed 🐶🐾

Good news! Septic design options are available to be approved by Health Dept and it's definitely a buildable lot! 🏗️🏡 Next step- new Carina home design meeting!
