After an attempted break in, this tenant asked the landlord for a real exterior door. So the landlord gave me a call to replace the broken glass storm door with a steel core exterior metal door and a completely new door frame. We did some painting in the dining room and laid some snap together flooring throughout the dining and kitchen. The pool has been a long time coming, but it's finally looking like a whole new pool after not being painted in almost 15 years.

Give us a call (864) 828-7118 or shoot us a message for a quote on your next project! Old to new, water heater busted during the cold swapped it and the pipe out with an updated setup. The toilet and sink was a special case, it was a fun challenge. Uninstalled 2 toilets and 2 sinks, transported them an hour north, uninstalled 2 toilets and 2 sinks at the destination, installed the original 4, transported the new 4 back south and installed them in place of the original 4. Yes, it was as confusing and fun to decipher as it is to read 🤣

Some beautiful things happening for the large house, windows repaired, filled, resealed and painted, along with 1x6 trim installed on the corners. A quick tree drop in Central, SC. We also did a countertop installation along with trim installation as well. We look forward to some wonderful things in the future🖌🫟

We're excited to announce our rebranding for the start of 2026, Mr Makes It Happen is still here but for legal reasons we've decided to change business names and we'll be an official LLC before the end of February if processing is done correctly.
