So you guys.. I just have to say...there are angels walking amongst us.. If you don't believe... Keep reading!! So as many of you know Gage was working down in Hemphill Texas and he never met a stranger and if anybody was uncomfortable he always seemed to go to them to make them feel comfortable. Same way when it comes to working, everybody's leaving there's still stuff to do that kid would stay behind, help finish. That's just who he was he had a wonderful heart, great work ethic, and was all about family! So when he went to work for Mr. Reed it was basically a match made in heaven from the stories that I heard today from Mr. And Mrs. Reed.. he made them feel as though he was part of their family too and I'm so thankful for the Memories that they shared.. It has been an extremely emotional day, but I do have to say I am at peace, I know my boy is in heaven. I know he's with his father, but my heart doesn't understand that, today I found peace! And that's extremely great for me as a mother whose lost her child!! So I got to meet these angels today, they brought the Bottom Stone to Gage Crutchfield Monument... I say Monument because it's not a regular tombstone.. these wonderful people have put complete heart and soul into making this for Gage! I'm so blessed and thankful for them and I know Gage is too! Jamie Salinas Reed And Cody.. You guys are forever a part of my famILY.. Thank you for loving my boy!! Gage also let us know that he was there as well, Cody had move some dirt to place the Bottom Stone and as he moved the dirt Jamie and I had saw something shiny, we thought it was nothing pick it up and it was a quarter on heads from 1965,That's my boy saying that... he's there, "it's okay Mom" or that's how I took it, I wanted the Reeds to have it but they said no ma'am, so that is a memory that we will all share together every time I look at that quarter! 💜💜💜 ... I absolutely love you guys, thank you with my everything from my whole heart!!
