Even if it says “flushable”. 🚫
Even if it says “septic tank safe”. 🚫
All it takes is one wipe to get hung up and create a whole nightmare of problems! The majority of backed up toilets and sewer line calls we get could be avoided if you ONLY flush toilet paper down your toilet. 🚽 🧻

And if you rent, your landlord is not going to like when we tell them we pulled back a half a pack of baby wipes. 🥴🤐😶

🚨🚨We have some ❄️FRIGID❄️ temps heading our way, folks! Make sure to prepare NOW, so you won’t be paying for it LATER! 💵 😫 (or don’t, I mean, we do like to make money…)

🚰 Leave those faucets running with a steady drip, especially the further inland you are located.

🥵 If you have a well, make sure your pump house is secured. Install or inspect a heater or light to keep the temperature above freezing.

🚰 OUTSIDE SPIGOTS - this is a big one, ya’ll. EVEN if you have a “frost-proof” spigot, it can STILL freeze and burst the line. We get this one all the time. Make sure your hose is disconnected and the spigot is completely closed.

‼️When we all thaw out, if you find that a pipe has burst, turn off the water at the main water shut-off and give us a call! We will get to you as soon as we safely can.
