Real kitchens. Real use.
A customer recently emailed us these photos and wrote:
“I ordered, and also wanted to share some pics of my cutting board after seeing 2–3x daily use for the last couple years. Figured you might want to see how it is aging (very well!)”
This board has been used multiple times a day for years, and it’s still doing exactly what it was built to do.
End grain construction allows the wood fibers to gently accept the knife edge, which helps the board age gracefully instead of wearing down quickly.
We build every board with the goal that it becomes a permanent part of someone’s kitchen — not something that needs replacing.
Seeing them still going strong years later is the best part of what we do.
If you’ve been thinking about adding one to your kitchen, we’re always building the next batch in the shop.
