🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: CLINTON “CLINT” TRIPPETT 🌟
Sometimes God puts people in your path in ways you never could have planned. Clint is one of those people.

Clint originally hired our company to do his basement. The next thing I knew, he was asking if we needed some help. Fast forward a little over a year, and he’s been with us ever since! 😂

Clint is a proud father of four and husband to his awesome wife, Annie. He’s also an active member of the Concord community, and if there’s a Concord sporting event happening, you can pretty much guarantee Clint and his family will be there cheering on the Yellow Jackets! 🐝💛🖤

It’s especially fun watching Clint coach football from the stands. I’m not sure anyone has more fun or passion than he does! And honestly, passionate is probably one of the best words to describe Clint.

At work, Clint keeps everything light. He’s extremely outgoing, keeps everyone laughing, and always keeps us on our toes. 😂 But beyond that, he has an incredible ability to connect with our clients. He’s personable, genuine, and knows how to make people feel comfortable.

When Clint came to us, he had minimal carpentry experience. But what he lacked in experience, he more than made up for with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Because of that, he’s gone from laborer to Padawan Carpenter — and someday, he’ll graduate to Jedi! 😂🪚⚔️

One of my biggest pet peeves is jobsite cleanliness, and Clint has been awesome about taking care of the things that need to be done, even when nobody asks him to. That kind of initiative says a lot about a person.

Clint, we’re incredibly thankful you decided to take that first step from being our customer to becoming part of our team. God works in awesome ways, and I’m so thankful He crossed our paths.

You’re an amazing employee, a great teammate, and an even better friend.

We’re lucky to have you, Clint! 👊
