- Minimum of 5 years as heavy equipment operator and supervisory roles on residential and commercial projects.

- Supervisor must be experienced in blueprint reading, grade setting and proficient in scheduling subcontractors, vendors and job materials. Will be responsible for daily oversight of the project and crews on-site.

- Experience with hydraulic excavator required, dozer, loader, blade, skid steer, etc. required.

- Experience with residential construction, sewer, water, utilities required.

- Regularly provide preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and operating properly.

- Must be safety minded and team player

- Attention to detail and strong work ethic

- Clean driving record

- Work to include road building, digging foundations, site grading, concrete and asphalt prep, septic systems, underground utilities including sewer/water, pond excavation, culvert installation, and related type projects.

- Drug and alcohol free workplace.
