We have been in touch with Liberty Gas, who have informed us that a main line entering Jackson has ruptured, and they are working on a timeline for repairs. If you are experiencing furnace issues and lack of hot water, this may be the cause. Once the issue is resolved, if you continue to encounter problems, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will send someone to assess and rectify the situation.
