Catching up on more projects completed. This was a basement in Cedarburg that flooded last summer. All the flooring and base and doors and drywall up 2’ had to be removed. After everything dried out drywall repairs were made, new doors and trim installed and new cabinets and countertops and backsplash installed. New floor coverings were done as well and new railing and post trim at the top of the stairs as well. This one was a lot of work with the homeowners to get insurance to take care of things so make sure you have a conversation with your insurance agents about proper coverage for your finished basement spaces.

Catching up on some of the projects we have done in the last year. This was a garage we helped with. We helped with rough carpentry framing, soffits, fascia, windows and siding. Finally got back the other day to take some final pictures of everything completed.

I’ve been so busy with all the work that I haven’t posted any of it all summer. This was a great room/kitchen addition that we did the rough carpentry and windows and siding/trim on this spring/summer in Pewaukee.

Master bathroom remodel we worked on this spring. Soaking tub and small shower were removed as well as all older cabinets and tile flooring. New window located higher above new shower location. New shower framed and new infloor heat mat installed. New cabinets with new quartz countertops and undermount sinks. New tile flooring and tile in shower and frameless shower door installed. New mirrors, light fixtures and bathroom fans also installed.

Catching up on spring projects that have been completed but not posted. This is a small milk house located on a job where we resided the entire house a year ago. New door and window installed and new aluminum soffit and fascia to match the house as well as new siding that matches the house as well.

Way behind on posting finished jobs. This was a front porch we did a makeover in last fall. All the old porch flooring and fascia was removed and all the old rotten framing repaired. New steps were framed. Foundation post for the house was leveled and repaired as well. New aluminum railing system was installed as well. Painting was completed later on by painting contractor.

Catching up on posting some of the projects we have completed this year. This covered screened porch was updated from cedar deck boards and trim which was showing its age to all maintainence free Azek decking and fascia as well as aluminum railings as well. Old screens were removed and new screens were installed. A brand new dog proof screen door was installed as well to keep the dogs from escaping!!!

Covered porch addition we finished earlier this summer in town of Jackson. Footings were layed out and installed later last fall so hardscaping could be completed. Framing and roofing and trim and electrical and painting were all completed earlier this summer.

Another project recently completed. Two bathrooms in Sussex. One bathroom was a 1/2 bath with a door leading into the adjoining full bath. Layout was changed to removed the adjoining door and move the door location in the full bath to move the vanity and toilet locations. Both bathrooms were completed gutted and the copper drain lines were found to be completely rotting away and leaking so all drains were 100% replaced from second floor to basement. Electrical was moved around as well and framing was changed to accommodate built in vanity cabinets in both bathrooms. New Kohler tub installed with tile walls and niches and new tile floors throughout both bathrooms. New custom cabinets installed with matching cabinets above toilets as well as a matching built in niche and laundry chute door. New granite countertops with undermount sinks. New trim around windows and doors was installed that was made to match cabinets. In the hallway the dividing hallway wall was removed and railing system was installed and new LED can lighting as well.

The homeowner calls this the fourth bedroom. Took a utility room/laundry room that was mostly unfinished and reframed the ceiling and walls and added new electrical and plumbing for a new one demand water heater. Took back storage area and finished off as well. New doors and vanity installed and some existing used cabinets were repurposed for additional storage. Carpet was added as well. Finally got back up to this house a couple weeks ago to get some final pictures of the mostly finished project. Painter needs to make it back for some last minute touches.
