However, please understand that when you request a specific day or time, that appointment may have been booked weeks in advance. We cannot cancel another customer's appointment to accommodate a last minute request. We would love to accommodate it the best way we can.

We are happy to get you on the schedule and will always do our best to find the earliest availability, even if that sometimes means giving up our evenings with our own families to help our customers.
