This is a Bath renovation after another "contractors" renovation a month ago. Nothing was plumb, square or level. Installation methods were amateurish at best. The door was inoperable because of a significant hump in the floor created by him. The toilet was never installed and overall craftmanship was junk
This guy sold himself as licensed, he isn't. He sold himself as insured, he wasn't. He sold himself as skilled, capable and experienced, he isn't.
Always do your homework. Check licensing, check insurance and when policy was started. Ask for references and contact them.
Any reputable contractor will be happy to show you his work in person and will have past customers that will be happy to show you and speak with you about their experience.
I always feel terrible when this happens to folks. Ask the questions. If they dont have the answers, thats not your guy.
They now have beautiful, fully functioning bathroom done on schedule and on budget.
