A home office worth showing off.

The green shiplap built-ins anchor this room, and they only work because of what you don’t see. Square shelves, clean reveals, paneling that lines up wall to wall. Details like that take patience, and our team gives every room that kind of care.

Even the entry sets the tone. Glass French doors keep the space open to the rest of the home while giving it a moment of its own.

A few finished shots from a recent project in Ponte Vedra Beach.

There’s a lot of custom work in these rooms. Built-in cabinetry flanking the fireplace, a full bar with mirrored backsplash and lighted shelving, coffered ceilings, and a white oak island our cabinet team is especially proud of.

Projects like this come down to the details. Clean reveals, tight miters, and a crew that cares about how everything lines up.

Building this close to the ocean changes everything.

The salt, the wind, the sun. Every material out here had to be chosen with that in mind, from the shake siding to the shutters to the hardware you’ll never notice. That’s the part of coastal building most people don’t see.

Our team put real care into this one. A place to cook, gather, relax, and take in the view for a long time to come.

A sunroom addition on Ponte Vedra Boulevard.

Built to sit right overlooking the landscape. The way it connects to the existing structure makes it feel like it’s always been there.

The back views overlook the pool and frame the golf course, and from the front you catch the boulevard and the ocean beyond. It feels less like an addition and more like it was always meant to be there.

That’s what happens when you work with an in-house architect and design team. Every detail is considered from the start, the process stays seamless, and the result is a space that’s built around how you actually live in it.

This pool and kitchen renovation took what was already there and elevated every inch of it. Adding a screen over the pool that still keeps the views wide open. Fully integrated outdoor kitchen. Fire pit lounge designed for every season.

Our team did an exceptional job working with the client to take what was already there and had function and flow to upgrade their space to the next level.
