Framing is taking shape at our GTE Financial Palms Branch project in Jacksonville.

With the walls going up, the layout is coming to life and we’re moving into the next stages of the buildout.

Being selected to build two projects for GTE Financial is something we don’t take lightly. We’re grateful for the trust they’ve placed in our team and excited to continue bringing both projects to life.

The Tampa-based institution is investing at least $1.75 million to build out each location, both leased from Ash Properties.

Another milestone complete.

Demo is officially finished at GTE Financial – Intracoastal Plaza Branch, and we’re one step closer to delivering another great branch for GTE Financial here in Jacksonville.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to build two branch projects simultaneously for GTE Financial. Thank you to our team, trade partners, and the GTE team for the trust, collaboration, and commitment that’s driving both projects forward.

We’re excited for what’s next.

Progress is moving right along at our Rebound Rehabilitation project in Jacksonville.

We’ve officially completed framing and are now moving into MEP rough-ins while our site team continues pushing forward with the full site package.

A big thank you to our clients, design partners, and trade partners for helping keep this project moving. Looking forward to sharing more updates as we continue toward the finish line.

It’s always rewarding when a project starts transitioning from plans on paper to something you can walk through. Every phase builds on the last, and quality ex*****on now sets the foundation for everything that follows.

Progress is happening at Rebound Rehabilitation. Today we completed underground plumbing rough-ins and continued preparing the foundation system for the new facility. Every step in the dirt brings us one step closer to delivering a space that will serve patients and the community for years to come.
