In this exciting role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with clients, actively listen to their needs, and provide expert advice. You’ll be handling the insurance claim process professionally, prospecting and reaching out to potential customers, and climbing multiple roofs per day to ensure quality inspections. With a proactive approach, you’ll resolve customer concerns, schedule follow-ups, and keep them updated on the latest developments in their roofing projects, ensuring their trust and satisfaction.
Here’s what we require:at least one year of experience in outside sales and door-to-door sales. You’ll bring your outgoing personality and competitive spirit to the table, making every interaction a meaningful one. Duties
As a Sales Consultant, you will engage in critical discussions with homeowners, guiding them through the roof assessment process, leading them through insurance claims or contract, and ensuring successful outcomes
You will spend the majority of your time in the field, reaching out to clients at their homes and meeting face-to-face
You will build your portfolio at a rapid pace and an award-winning support and operations team will back you
In this role, you will serve as both a Sales Consultant that protects families, taking charge of maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering effective solutions, and driving future revenue growth
Canvass door-to-door to identify potential customers in areas affected by weather related damage there is no lead service, this is a self-generation job only
Assess and document storm damage on roofs, providing accurate and detailed reports
Educate homeowners on the roofing replacement process and available solutions
Collaborate with operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry
Self-motivated, money-driven, multi-tasker
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to listen and take advice.
