What a fantastic day at the NIGP Golf Tournament at Westchase Golf Club! ⛳🌿

We were thrilled to sponsor this wonderful event alongside so many talented professionals. Our President David Robinson and Leslie Pragasam (Sales & Marketing) came down from Jacksonville, while Nick Lucey (Sarasota) and Leslie kept the energy going at hole 1 all day. David, Dick Compton, and Michele Sidlasky from our Tampa team played 18 holes with the great John Amarosa of Pine Lake Nursery & Landscape, and new friendships were made at every turn!

Shoutout to Michele Sidlasky for winning closest to the pin on hole 7 within just 6 feet 🎯 and to Leslie Pragasam for taking home the cutest duck-themed gift basket around! 🦆

We got a call recently that started with three words: "We need help."

A commercial landscaper, one we'd worked with before, had subcontracted a large premier property job to a lower-priced company. The subcontractor promised they could handle it. They couldn't.

Working adjacent to one of the area's busiest roads without proper Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) certification, they began illegally shutting down traffic lanes. Police were called. Multiple times. Law enforcement forced them off the property entirely, leaving the job unfinished and the landscaper in crisis.

⚠️ HOA Boards & Property Managers - this one is important.

When we submitted a playground refresh quote with IPEMA-certified playground chips, a competitor came in lower quoting plain "mulch." Same word. Very different product. And the difference could cost your association far more than the money you saved on the bid.

Regular landscaping mulch has never been tested to protect a child from a fall. IPEMA-certified playground chips are rigorously tested, certified, and documented to meet national safety standards. If a child is injured on a playground surfaced with non-certified material, your HOA's insurance carrier may deny the claim entirely.
