Just wrapped the annual retreat with our team🤙🏻 Glad we got to do this just before our busy season starts. This is a great way to show appreciation to your team and build your company culture at the same time. Take your guys away from the day to day work and do something fun with them!

This is one change I made in my own lawn care business that doubled number of clients I got in 30 days! If you track this in your lawn care business it can impact you the same way. I only found this out because I looked for help and seeked for coaching.

Knowing your numbers and where to even start can be incrediblely difficult. Thats why I put this content out there. Its not as fun and flashy as buying new trucks and equipment but this is what leads to those purchases and leads to you building the business you invision

Dropping another video on the YouTube channel at 6PM. It’s all about the first number I learned that greatly impacted my business. Everyone talks about it knowing your numbers and it can be hard and overwhelming to figure out where you need to start or what to even look for.

This is why I recommend starting with a very simple one that has a large impact on your business if you know how to interpret it and make decisions off of it. Your closing ratio is a great place to start and it’s an easy metric to track.

I go over how you can use this metric to tell if you’re pricing jobs too high or too low, maybe you had a problem in your sales system like I did. I go over all of that and hope it helps some of you guys stay on track to hit those 2025 goals!🔥

If you guys aren’t doing this I would suggest you do while there’s still time!

Social is changing, with tik tok potentially going away there’s going to be a race to replace it. Get used to posting now, making videos both long and short that speak to the clients you want to work with. Build a brand that people recognize and trust

Create content around solving all the common problems your clients face and potential new clients. You don’t have to ask for a sale, just put out great advice and they’ll come to you

When you add that on top of strategic AD spend, you’ll absolutely crush your sales goals for 2025🔥

This is one of the first things I fixed in my business once I started getting coaching. I started closing twice as many jobs with in 30 days of tracking this one number.

Marketing spend went further, we got more word of mouth, more referrals and more leads across the board.
