PROJECT UPDATE: Exterior finishes are in progress at the Flats and Villas at Stone Hogan, a new multifamily community, under construction in Atlanta, GA.

The Flats and Villas at Stone Hogan will feature two co-located developments, bringing affordable housing units to Fulton County.

🔹The Villas at Stone Hogan, a 192-unit senior, independent living community (age 55+)
🔹The Flats at Stone Hogan, a 256-unit multi-family community targeting families with children

Both communities will offer innovative wraparound services focusing on the education, social and emotional wellbeing of its residents.

NEW PROJECT: Concrete pours are underway at Ivy & Grey, a new multifamily project in Friendsville, TN.

This market rate community will feature 288 units in (9) 3-story garden style buildings, a resident clubhouse, fitness center, garages and more!
