We have shown up to glued fittings, glued handles, glued everything. It holds just long enough for you to think you won, then it lets go behind the wall where you cannot see it.

The tenant says the drain is fine. You have been doing this long enough to know what fine means.

Fine usually means it still drains if you go slow and do not run two things at once. That is not fine, that is a clog with good manners, and it is on the clock.
