Take a second and look up.

Golden hour catching the tops of the palms against a clear sky. It only lasts a few minutes, but it’s one of our favorite views. 🌴✨💛

It’s officially outdoor living season in Florida. Not that we ever really stopped.

Here are a few of our favorite places to pull up a chair and stay awhile.

It’s rarely one thing that makes a space feel right.

It’s the stone, the textures, the way one area leads into the next, and that golden Florida light
doing what it does best. All designed together, so you feel it long before you notice it.

Coming soon to Glen Kernan:

This modern Tudor estate is on its way up, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring the vision to life. Renderings only for now, but the bones of something special are already here.

An entry framed by palms and open sky. A pool wing built for long afternoons. A property designed to be experienced from every angle, ground level to aerial.

In partnership with Sandifer Design Build, pool by Clarkson Pools with install by Sutherlin Lawn + Landscape.

More to come as this one takes shape!

Refinement isn’t always about starting over. Sometimes it’s about editing. Keeping what’s working, replacing what is not.

What was once a straightforward planting scheme along a front entryway is now a landscape with real depth, sculptural forms, layered textures, and a quieter, more considered material palette throughout.

Swipe to see the transformation ➡️

Landscaping and landscape design get used interchangeably, but they aren’t the same thing.

Landscaping is the hands-on work: planting, grading, hardscape, and construction.

Landscape design is what happens before any of that begins - the layout, the flow, the decisions that determine how a space will function and feel for years to come. We document and plan what the space will look like and how it will be built so there is no guesswork when it comes to cost and implementation.

One builds the space. The other decides what it becomes. The best outdoor spaces come from both, working together from the very first step.

A great landscape should feel considered from every angle - not just one.

A special first for Helix Green! Warm Ground is featured in print in the latest issue of Jacksonville Magazine.

This project has been such a meaningful one for our studio, transforming an exposed golf course property in Ponte Vedra Beach into a series of intimate outdoor rooms grounded by structure, warmth, and a landscape designed for the way our clients actually live.

Seeing the story (and Polina Pigulevsky’s beautiful photography) across these pages feels pretty surreal.

Thank you to the Jacksonville Magazine team for giving Warm Ground such a thoughtful feature, and to all of the talented people who helped bring this garden to life.

Our first print feature. A milestone we’re very grateful for.
