Dear Wallace Roofing customers,
Aug 29 2023, the day before "Hurricane Ideila"
I am 100 percent confident that not a single shingle will fly off your roof.
Also that it wont leak.
I will be expecting Zero warranty calls.

Maybe get some dead tree limbs damaging some roofs, but that is all that i expect.
Sleep easy and dont worry about it at all!!!!

On this repair we replaced the flashing where it was leaking between their main house and their florida room.

We removed the shingles and old flashing.
We Asphalt primed the metal roof
And then we torched the flashing
On to the metal roof florida room and up underneath a new run of shingles on the main roof.

Please clean your roofs of all yard debris.
You , yes You!
Or your yard man.
Trees overhanging your roof cause damage by yard debris piling up and the roof not being able to dry out. It rots the area out.

It is nice to have some shade,
This can prolong the life of your roof But the sun needs to get in there also.
And the roof needs to stay clean of yard debris.——Jason
