During a recent roof replacement for a homeowner here in Northeast Florida, a shingle accidentally damaged part of the lanai screen while we were removing the old roof. The moment we saw it, we took responsibility and made sure it was handled the right way.
We called Preston Davenport with PD HOME PROS, and he quickly stepped in to replace the screen so the homeowner could enjoy their lanai again. Big thanks to Preston for helping us take care of our client and get everything back to perfect.
