As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for consulting local homeowners as well as helping to train new sales representatives on correctly identifying storm damage, knocking doors, safely performing roof inspections, and educating homeowners about the roof restoration process. We offer roof replacements, repairs, emergency tarping services, and free, no obligation roof inspections for residential and commercial building owners.
Qualified candidates would have sales and customer service experience, be well-presented, confident, self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate would be able to effectively communicate and overcome objections.
Candidates will be taught how to reliably find their own customers but are often given warm leads from the office.
• W2 AND 1099 Schedule C (paid weekly) opportunities.
• $1,000.00 Training pay
• $200.00 New Deal Money paid weekly
• 10% Commission on sales with average job size at $18,000.00.
• Company Vehicle provided after 60 days of successful onboarding.
