Hank graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Technology (Construction Management) degree and acquired a State Certificate Building Contractors license, (CB029076), in 1984. cy Realty Group from 1985-1988. Our estimates and proposals are prepared on a very consistent and detailed basis. We emphasize trying to eliminate all gray area in plans, specifications and field conditions via our detailed proposals and through field investigation which in turn eliminates misunderstanding, errors, and change orders. This is a key element in our track record or repeat customers. We have an excellent record for retaining key management personnel on our team. We employ an average of fifteen (15) full time management/field employees.

We’re excited to kick off a new project for Varella Endodontics, transforming an outdated space into a modern, welcoming endodontic office.

The exterior will receive a complete refresh with new paint, landscaping, nichiha siding, and a new storefront entry. Inside, we’ll be creating a new lobby and reception area, along with space for five new dental chairs.

We’re looking forward to bringing this project to life and sharing the progress along the way. Stay tuned!

From a dirt-floor parking garage to a modern, Class A client space.

We’re excited to share the completed Fidelity Investment Center in Ponte Vedra, FL. This project brought a wide range of architectural details and custom features together.

What started as an unusable space became a modern, functional environment designed around the needs of Fidelity’s clients and employees.

We’re proud of the work our team put into bringing this project from start to finish—and even more excited to see the Fidelity team enjoying their new space.

Oasis Face Bar is coming together!

A lot of progress since our last walkthrough — hard ceilings and walls are drywalled and finished, herringbone patterned flooring and lime washed walls are starting to bring the space to life.

Next up: millwork, mirrors, and some of the last finishing touches. Just a few more weeks until we get to see the full vision come together.

This 50,000 SF space will include office space, conference rooms, large warehouse, clean room, and laser lab—all supporting a company working toward building one of the first power grids in space.

The Fidelity Investment Center in Ponte Vedra is officially complete, and we’re proud to share the finished result. From the first stages of construction to the final details, it’s been great bringing this vision to life.

Progress is taking shape at the Patriot Rail Headquarters project. Just two weeks ago, this space was wide open — now the future offices, conference rooms, and break areas are being framed out and brought to life.

With MEP rough-ins completed, inspections passed, and drywall installation underway, we’re moving one step closer to delivering a finished space built for success.

Big progress is happening at the future home of From the exposed spiral ductwork and sleek linear lighting to reclaimed wood accents and drywall cloud ceiling over the coffee bar, every detail is coming together to create a modern, inviting space. Stay tuned for the final reveal!
