PROJECT UPDATE: Furniture is being moved into the clubhouse at Meadow Glen Village as the team prepares to turn over the clubhouse to the owner at this mixed-use development in Fairburn, Fulton County, GA.

This community will feature nine residential buildings, two retail buildings, and more than 385,000 sq. ft. of living, retail, and amenity space. Residents will enjoy a clubhouse, coworking spaces, fitness center, resort-style pool, pet spa, dog park, EV charging, and more.

This year, our team came together to collect and donate supplies supporting students through Hubbard House, Inc. and Atlanta Mission.

From backpacks and notebooks to pencils, crayons, and classroom essentials, every donation helps students head into the new school year feeling prepared and ready to learn.

CHECK IT OUT: Progress continues at EDEN at Tradition! Landscaping is underway, bringing the community one step closer to completion.

This Class-A 214-home community will feature thoughtfully designed two-story townhomes with attached garages, along with resort-style amenities including a clubhouse, pool, grilling pavilion, dog park, playground, and scenic walking paths.

It will be a part of the 8,300-acre master-planned development, Tradition, that includes residential, office, retail, parks, and Cleveland Clinic.

Future residents will be approximately a half hour away from the area’s beaches, 45 minutes away from West Palm Beach, and less than two hours away from both Miami and Orlando.

PROJECT PROFILE: Completed in 2024, Lofts at Cathedral is a workforce multifamily community in Jacksonville’s historic Cathedral District.

The community blends the renovation of the former Community Connections building, built in 1949 as part of the Florence Davis YWCA and designated a local landmark in 2017, with new four-story construction and a parking deck.

The community features 120 modern apartment homes along with a club room, lounge, leasing office, mail center, and fitness center. Lofts at Cathedral combines historic character with contemporary design to bring much-needed workforce housing to the heart of downtown Jacksonville.

PROJECT UPDATE: The clubhouse and first phase of units have been delivered to the owner at Astoria Crystal Lake, an affordable senior housing community bringing 165 apartment homes to Douglasville, GA.

Designed for residents aged 62 and older, the community will offer thoughtfully planned one- and two-bedroom apartment homes that support comfortable, connected living.

With wellness, accessibility, and connection in mind, the community will feature amenities including a fitness center, wellness center, community lounge, media center, elevators, walking paths, a community garden, and convenient mail kiosks.
