In 2002, PQH completed the restoration of the Nassau County Historic Courthouse, originally built in 1891. The work included restoring the historic courtroom and bell tower, removing a portion of the 1950s annex to bring greater prominence back to the original courthouse, and updating the building for continued use.

More than 20 years later, PQH had the opportunity to work with Nassau County again, this time completing interior renovations at the Justice Center.

The Phase 2 residence hall at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Prescott campus continues to take shape.

With the building exterior largely in place, work is progressing across the surrounding site as paving, pedestrian connections, and other site improvements come together. The new residence hall will expand on-campus housing and support a connected student experience.

Seeing the project in person gives PQH architects a clearer understanding of how the design is taking shape. It also creates an opportunity to discuss field conditions, answer questions, and review how visible elements relate to the original design intent.
