As the general contractor, we work under a fee agreement to manage, coordinate and supervise the construction from concept to completion. (The owner is responsible payment of subcontracts and all other fees.) General Contracting (New Construction & Renovations)
As the general contractor, we are responsible for contracting with all subcontractors and vendors for each scope of work. We manage, coordinate and supervise all activities financially and for the construction.
