Same building. New energy. A distinctly G4 transformation.

For this B4G4 transformation, Group 4 gave EVO, a recently completed multifamily community a fresh identity through thoughtful architectural and interior design enhancements. A vibrant exterior color palette, new property signage, refreshed landscaping, and planter boxes along the pool deck brought more color, personality, and energy to the property.

The resident entrance was redesigned to create a stronger sense of arrival, establishing a clear and welcoming path into the building. Inside, relocating the leasing office from the second floor to the first made it immediately visible to prospective residents and created a more intuitive leasing experience. Updated finishes and fresh paint also revitalized the lobby and fitness room.

Today, EVO is bright, playful, and welcoming, with a cohesive experience that begins at the entrance and continues throughout the property. This transformation shows how thoughtful design choices can create entirely new identity.

Our team created a cohesive visual language that carries from the community’s architecture and interiors through its furnishings and finishing details. Each decision was carefully considered to provide residents with spaces that are as functional as they are memorable.

From initial concept and architectural design to curated interiors, furniture procurement, and final installation, Group 4 provides a seamless design experience through every phase of a project. For Alder + Oak The Hub, our Interior Design team translated Mediterranean influences into a cohesive dining experience through thoughtfully selected materials, lighting, custom millwork, and curated furnishings. Blue accents, woven textures, and warm wood tones create an atmosphere that's both inviting and timeless, while custom liquor shelving and carefully detailed finishes seamlessly blend function with design.

In June 2026, Lincoln Avenue Communities officially broke ground on a new 160-unit affordable housing community in Durham, North Carolina. Situated on a 7-acre site, the development will provide thoughtfully designed one to four bedroom apartments alongside amenities that foster connection and community, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, indoor activity spaces, and outdoor gathering areas.

This project reflects our continued commitment to expanding access to high-quality, affordable housing and to creating a place residents will call home.
