As graduation comes to a close, we were able to gather a few of our dedicated office staff/director/coordinator and instructors for a quick photo after the ceremony.

While our graduates were the stars of the evening, we would be remiss not to recognize the individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes to support their success. From coordinating applications, schedules, and records to teaching in the classroom and mentoring on the job, their commitment helps shape the next generation of skilled electrical professionals.

A successful apprenticeship program takes a team, and we are incredibly grateful for the staff, instructors, trustees, contractors, and industry partners who invest their time and knowledge into our apprentices each year.

Thank you for your dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence in training.

🎓⚡ Congratulations to the Graduating Class of 2026! ⚡🎓

Today we proudly celebrate the graduates of our 4-Year Inside Wireman Apprenticeship Program as they reach an incredible milestone in their careers.

Over the last four years, these apprentices have dedicated themselves to thousands of hours of on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and hands-on learning. Through hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence, they have developed the knowledge and skills necessary to become the next generation of highly skilled Journeyman Wiremen.

This achievement represents more than just completing a program it reflects the sacrifices made, challenges overcome, and determination shown along the way. Each graduate should take great pride in what they have accomplished.

We extend our sincere congratulations to every graduate and thank the instructors, contractors, mentors, families, IBEW Local 177, and NECA Jacksonville Chapter for their support throughout this journey.

⚡☀️ Exciting things are happening at the Electrical Training Alliance of Jacksonville! ☀️⚡

We are proud to officially showcase our completed Solar Training Lab! This new hands on training space will help prepare our 4th Year Apprentices for the growing demand of solar work throughout Northeast Florida while continuing to expand their knowledge and real-world experience in the electrical industry.

The lab will also provide Journeyman electricians who may not have previously worked with solar systems the opportunity to develop new skills and stay current with the evolving industry.

As the electrical field continues to grow, ETA Jacksonville remains committed to providing top quality training and preparing the next generation of skilled electricians for the future. 🔧⚡☀️
