Hydra Pools and Pavers

11/04/2026

October kept us moving! Here’s a quick look back at what the Hydra crew was up to. And with new projects getting underway, there’s plenty more to come.

The finishing details are coming together! Diana Royal marble coping with a bullnose edge looks great with this pool, and the paver base is in. We’re working on drainage, gas line sleeves, and electrical next, with pavers coming soon.

We’re getting closer to the final cleanup!

Age is not a barrier to water safety.

Children benefit from early lessons. Teens and adults benefit from building skills they may have missed. Older adults benefit from staying confident and capable in the water.

Swim lessons are for everyone.

The gas is connected, the fire feature is on, and the turf is in! We’re working through the last of the pool cleanup after all the rain and storms.

This is the second of three neighboring Airbnb projects, and it’s almost ready for turnover. We hope you’ve enjoyed following along with this one as much as we have!

The perfect place to slow down and stay awhile.

Love your pool, but the finish has seen better days?

Hydra’s Pool Resurfacing Special starts at $10,999 for pools up to 450 sq ft, featuring a quartz plaster finish and a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

If resurfacing has been on your list, send us a message. We’ll talk through your pool, answer your questions, and help you figure out the next step.

Restrictions apply.

Day four—and already ahead of schedule.

Nick checks in from this St. Augustine Beach project after passing the pressure test and bonding inspection. Next up: coping, the concrete collar, and pavers as this backyard starts coming together.

With good weather helping things along, the team is aiming for about a three-week turnaround on this project. Follow along to see the transformation!

And if you hear barking, the neighborhood supervisors are weighing in. 🐾

Marble going in. A putting green on the way. And a spot for evenings around the fire pit.

This backyard along A1A in St. Augustine is coming together! Nick takes us through the progress at the middle home in our three-property project, with a closer look at the marble pool deck and what’s still to come.

We’re getting closer to the finished reveal—and we can’t wait to show you how it all comes together.

What would get the most use in your backyard: the pool, putting green, or fire pit?

Three neighboring Airbnb properties, each with a pool taking shape.

One pool is complete, the next is nearly there, and work is underway on the third. This drone view gives you a look at the progress and that beautiful stretch of ocean nearby.

Can’t wait to see all three backyards come together.
