I’m paying CASH for referrals.

• $20 for each of your first 3 installed referrals in a month
• Once you hit 3 in that same month, every installed referral after that pays $100 each

Let me make that clear:

First 3 installed jobs in a month = $20 each
Every installed job after your 3rd in that same month = $100 each
Resets every month.

Big Job Bonus:

• Any job that invoices $1,000 or more = $200 payout
• Any job that invoices $5,000 or more = $400 payout

Even if it’s your FIRST referral of the month, you still get the $200 or $400 bonus if it qualifies. The big job bonus overrides the $20/$100 structure for that job.

Every time you level up, you step into a new room where you’re not the biggest name anymore.

When I started ASC MediaCom, I was just trying to get jobs and make it work. Now we’re running commercial contracts, structured cabling, locker installs, key kiosks, TV walls, 2-story wall fishes… and every new level comes with bigger expectations and bigger competition.

There will always be someone with more trucks, more techs, bigger contracts.

That’s fine.

I’d rather be the new guy in a bigger league than the big fish in a small pond.

Growth means starting over.
Growth means learning again.
Growth means being uncomfortable again.

A lot of people stay where it’s safe.

Big upgrades happening over here and I’m hyped about it 🔥🐢

Just locked in my van logos for the driver side, passenger side, AND the back door. Seeing the brand come together like this is crazy. If you know me, you know I’m big on doing things right and leveling up as I go.

Also finally retired those old cheap RJ45 connectors 😅 They did their job when I first started and the budget was tight, but it was time. Picked up some good quality connectors because clean terminations matter, especially when you’re building networks people depend on every day.

Upgraded the dash cam too — went from a 1K to a 4K Nextbase. Live view, 2-way audio, crystal clear footage. Yeah, some newer ones are out, but Nextbase is still second to none in my book. This setup is serious.

Even grabbed two new sets of earrings for myself. Lesson learned… sweating, outdoor work, ladders, attics — one expensive set just isn’t enough 😂 Gotta keep it clean and professional.

And the turtle logo… 👀🐢 it’s coming. Already designed and currently being printed. I could’ve paid local, but when you’re a small business owner you’ve gotta balance growth, timing, and cash flow. Plus if you know Charlese, you already know… she controls the money and she is tight no matter how much I bring home 😭💀 (and she’s probably right).

Had the opportunity to work on a KeyMe machine install at the Walmart on Yopp Rd in my hometown. Addressed a power issue, troubleshot the system, and completed the go-live process with tech support. Performed manual calibration, validated scans, and successfully test-cut multiple key types. Machine is fully operational and ready for customers.

Completed a Luxer One locker install. Assembled and installed the locker system, verified power and connectivity, and ensured the unit was properly secured and ready for use. System brought online and confirmed operational before leaving site. Another smooth install in the books.

Completed a LuxerOne smart locker and refrigerated locker system install.

This job involved:
• Bringing multiple smart lockers online
• Configuring control boards and locker sizing
• Testing every door for proper operation and numbering
• Installing and mapping refrigerated lockers to the control board
• Troubleshooting power issues and correcting wiring
• Verifying every fridge unlocks and operates correctly
• Full system testing and documentation

Life is so crazy! I was a CDL food service driver for a few years after taking a break from the IT field. I was at that drop yard yelling about missing keys to restaurants. If you’re going to be a du***ss, then just go with someone else. But you really took the cake when you decided to text the guy who spent extra time explaining every detail and every cost. I’m not out here overcharging or scamming people. The cost of materials and labor always line up.

I get it. Times are hard. Everybody wants a deal. Just remember—you have to deal with the consequences and the shame if you end up having to call me back.

Do I think he’ll call me back? No. He’s already embarrassed.
If he does… will I go fix the f**k up? Absolutely. I live for s**t like this.

I am the best at this! Call it arrogant. Call it whatever you want. Just call my phone when it’s time to do it right.

I’m not self-proclaimed. I’ve worked in this industry since I was 20 years old. I’m 37 now. I’ve worked with a lot of people who are good at this—even the ones who don’t like me. They still know who to call when they need information or a helping hand. I’m always willing.

I even sent him plenty of photos of picture frame TVs I’ve personally installed. Hopefully he sends those to the other guy as training material.

Moral of the story: if you hire someone else and they do it incorrectly, don’t call the next guy looking for a “discount” because the first one f**ked it up. You have to live with the results. I do not. I repeat—I do not discount my prices. I stick to them.

I don’t want to work for someone who would rather have a cheaper price instead of better quality.

There’s a difference between saying you’re the best TV mounting company because you’ve been around longer…
and actually being the best because you’re more skilled, more knowledgeable, and more versatile.

Longevity alone doesn’t equal mastery.
Reviews only tell part of the story — I need to see more than a TV on a wall.

You can have the title for now.
But the way some folks talk lets me know one thing: they’re threatened.

And that’s fine. I’ll stay ahead like I always do — in every job and every project I touch.

ASC MediaCom started with TV mounting, yes.
But we’ve moved far past the nickel-and-dime game and minimum-wage installs.

93% of our jobs in the last quarter of 2025 leading into today have been Networking & IT-based projects.

Owning a business has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.
It has tested me in ways I never imagined.

I’ve dealt with some of the nastiest customers, and I’ve also met some of the most amazing people. I’ve learned more about money, discipline, sacrifice, and faith than any job ever taught me.

For the first time in my life, I can honestly say I see financial freedom within my grasp. I see a future where I can truly take care of my family without working 80+ hours every two weeks just to make a check that barely covers everything.

My last year working a W-2 job, I made over 120,000. People asked me why I would ruin that. I didn’t ruin anything. I invested in myself. I invested in my LLC.

That W-2 job found me expendable. And for the record, the reason they let me go was later deemed invalid. Lies. But I won’t let that rain on my parade any longer.

I am bigger than how they treated me. I am better than what they thought I deserved.

God has truly blessed me, and I’m grateful for every family member and friend who has stood by me.

As for the ones who couldn’t handle seeing me grow, who wanted me to stay where they found me, you know who you are. I’ll pray for you. And I’ll keep showing you what you’re missing every single day you watch my story and don’t like a single post.

I did this.
My family did this.
God did this.
