About ready to prime walls and paint these ceilings after that ! 2 - 3 hours left of sanding and touching up mud coats on some areas. The drywall that was done by Watson employees was absolutely terrible and had to be fixed completely before any priming could be done. But all the baseboards and door trim has been removed .. everything is taped and covered in plastic besides the fire sprinklers which will be done first thing tomorrow. So finally some painting and real progress can be made tomorrow 😁 Stay tuned for this beautiful transformation!

Some before & after pictures on a large skin care clinic remodel! This will be lime wash paint throughout on all walls ,new LVP flooring install ,new baseboard & door trim install, alot of drywall mud work , ceilings fully painted ,tile demolition in the bathroom as well . As progression happens there will be more pictures posted to show this amazing transformation ! Can't wait to complete this job and show the finished product !

Very close to completion 😁 🏁

One final coat of mud on the 3D columns/ mantle portion and it's ready to sand ! Then this build will be painted a beautiful neutral white & a floating live edge beam will be installed to complete this beautiful design ☺️

Some progress pictures on the custom electric fireplace currently under construction .

Once completed it will look like the last picture! I have done this build about 3 other times , but this time there will be a real live edge floating beam to cap it off! 😁

So a nice little design addition to make it their own ! Stay tuned 😊

Before ,during & current progress pictures on a custom electric fireplace build in Shearwater I am redoing that was done by another guy

Framing was added to recreate the outline and design style of this build . Drywall and aluminum corner bead was installed and then multiple coats of mud were applied as well as tape on any seams .

Now it will dry overnight and be sanded first thing tomorrow morning . Then tile will be installed around the inside of the indentation/ inset where the electric fireplace insert will be installed again

After tile is completed this build will be repainted properly and this custom electric fireplace build will have a new and improved life !
