President and CEO Tim Kidd, USN Retired, moved to Jacksonville in 2004 following his retirement from a 26-year Naval Aviation Maintenance career. Tim then traveled Florida engaging in Historic Restoration projects where he learned techniques to overcome technical and structural issues associated with remodeling a

nd restoration. In 2006 Tim was hired by Alan Setzer to manage the showroom at Setzer’s Appliances where his ability to articulate appliance specifications and installation requirements to customers made him the go-to salesman and problem solver. The most consistent issue after the sale was a lack of competent and reliable installation technicians in the Jacksonville area. Tim began installing the appliances after working hours and soon became so inundated with references for his work that he seized the opportunity to create a very successful appliance installation company. Seven years into sales and installations Tim’s outstanding reputation has spread from Brunswick, Georgia to Orlando, Florida.
