The crane is up at Bayfront Promenade, and we’re ready to build.

Lenick Construction is proud to be part of this six-story mixed-income residential development, the first building within Jersey City’s transformative 100-acre Bayfront Redevelopment along the Hackensack River.

Developed by Pennrose LLC and PATHS Development LLC, designed by Dattner Architects, with Del-Sano Contracting Corp. as General Contractor, Bayfront Promenade will bring new residences, community space and amenities to Jersey City’s waterfront.
