Rebuild Update: A New Beginning Takes Shape

Last week the rebuilding process has reached a major milestone.

The foundation walls are complete, underground utilities have been installed, and the basement floor has been poured. While it may not look like much yet, this is the stage where a new home begins to rise from the ashes.

Rebuilding after a fire is about more than construction—it's about helping a family move forward and creating a place where new memories can be made. We're honored to be part of that journey.

Next up: framing, and for the first time, the shape of the new home will begin to emerge.

🔨Switching gears a little on our project update. Just a short time ago, this home suffered major storm damage when a large tree crashed through the roof and second story. The destruction was overwhelming — but progress is well underway.

Yesterday, all damaged sections were removed and existing parts of the home were secured. Next up, the reframing. These projects take a lot of coordination, planning, and craftsmanship, but seeing the transformation makes it all worth it.

We’re grateful to help bring this home back stronger than before. More updates to come as progress continues.

Clearing the way for a new beginning.
A couple weeks ago we began demolition of the fire-damaged structure. It’s never easy to see a home come down, but this step is necessary to make way for a safe and solid rebuild.
Our team was focused on handling this phase with care and respect for what this home meant to the family.
Next up: preparing the site for construction.
