"As a small business, I value transparency, integrity, and respect. Recently, Carol Larson has made false statements about my business because I declined to provide free services. After I removed 8 stumps and 2 trees for the verbally agreed upon price of 2,000 once the job was finished, she refused to pay me all but a 1,000 of it. After she began harassing me about landscaping, that she wanted done in the front of one of her properties. This is not a job we had discussed I told her that I would try to get to it but I was behind on other jobs at the time because of the weather. Again, this was more work she wanted done for free. Finally, after the constant harassment I told her that I would no longer be doing free work for her at that point she informed me that she would be changing her reviews and would leaving me bad reviews. To clarify: we do not give away services for free, as this would be unfair to the many loyal customers who support my business . We stay committed to serving our community honestly and professionally. I appreciate everyone who continues to stand behind small, hardworking businesses like mine."
